Now that I’m in my fourth trimester of post pregnancy, I am having more fun and not losing that “baby weight” that was always so uncomfortable and stubborn during my pregnancy. I know this sounds silly because we are often told that losing weight after pregnancy only makes sense – after all who doesn’t want to look “disappointing” on the beach on your honeymoon?

4 Steps to reclaiming the body modifications gained during the pregnancy
Step 1: Exercise is essential – Imbibing the first hour a day is crucial. You’ll want to get your blood flowing and your body warmed up before you start your exercise program. I don’t care for the aerobic work-outs because I hate sweating. Yet, there is a new group of exercise called Interval Training, that is working extremely well. Step 2: An Obstinate Schedule is an Extremely difficult chapter. You KNOW how exhausting and frustrating the day can be if you have an unpredictable work-out schedule. And keeping up with an ever changing schedule starts to get worrisome when the alarm goes off at 7 o’clock, and you can only get to work at nine o’clock. In a week like that, who has time to prepare a healthful meal? Your depend on restaurants for convenient meals, and prepare larger portions to avoid the disappointment of catching a disease. (Whenever possible prepare the meals at home where you can control what’s going into the food and the oil used to cook with).
Step 3: Stick with the small changes and practice continuous, consistent action. You’ll find out that the small adhesive routines can keep you in check.
Pact with yourself that this time is different and your body will throw up its wall in supporting the changes. But do not despair if you’re not totally convinced, for there exists many materials that will encourage you to practice a healthy eating habit and show you the whole range of benefits and the satisfaction you need in your life.
